Warranty Program Summary
All Schluter-Systems products are covered under our warranty program. Products are warranted for the applicable term from the date of installation only when the products are used and installed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable Schluter-Systems technical literature and industry standard guidelines that are not in conflict with the technical literature.
Lifetime Warranties
When you install Schluter®-DITRA /DITRA-XL, the Schluter®-Shower System, KERDI / KERDI-DS, DITRA-HEAT or DITRA-HEAT-DUO with one of our Schluter thin-set mortars, your installation may be eligible for lifetime warranty coverage.

Warranties for Exterior Applications
All requests for warranty coverage for Schluter-Systems exterior applications must follow the Schluter approval process to receive the applicable warranty coverage. You can receive information about the approval process, including the exterior applications checklist, by contacting a Schluter-Systems Customer Service Representative (CSR), Field Technical Manager (FTM), Territory Manager (TM), or Commercial Manager (CM).
Please note that the review and submission of an exterior application checklist does not guarantee approval of the proposed exterior detail or the warranty.
